His diploma thesis »Effiziente Simulation des Abtrags durch Rotationskörper« (2010), supervised by Prof. Dr. Hartmut Prautzsch, was honored as best final thesis at the KIT Department of Informatics by the Friend’s Association of the FZI Research Center For Information Technology in 2011.
